This Neptunus 129 AK / FLY has been designed, engineered and built by the notorious Neptunus Shipyard B.V. in Holland in 1992. This yard was famous for its build of luxurios Motor Yachts with a good and functional living accommodation which along with its incredibly good seagoing abilities made them popular for long term liveaboards and cruising.

The Neptunus 129 was build in various versions however; this one is the top of the range with a unique owners cabin aft, a spacious Fly Bridge and a fully covered aft deck, which can transformed into an outdoor veranda sheltered from wind and weather.
She has safe and spacious decks and aisles around the entire boat which gives you a feel and good impression of room and functionality in each of the four living areas, the main cabin/saloon, the sleeping compartments forward or aft and in the centre galley area with its own dining arrangement.

You enter the main cabin via a door port side aft and you are met with a sense of space and light, which you rarely experience in a boat of this size. The present owners have changed the upholstery in the entire boat, which additionally adds to the impression of light and space. There are windows all around the saloon ensuring an impression of light and space while at the same time ensuring a wonderful view of the outside. In the port side of the saloon you also find the indoor steering area from where the boat can be easily operated and maneuvered while at the same time keeping in touch with your fellow passengers and crew.

You enter the galley region from the forward are of the saloon and once again you are met with an impression of space and light. Also, here you are met with a generous room with a large galley to the port and a huge dining area to starboard. The Pantry is equipped with all necessities such as an electric stove and oven, a huge fridge, a microwave oven and sufficient desk space to prepare any meal you can imagine.

From this area you also have access to the vessels forward toilet and bath as well as a grandiose bedroom in the forward part of the boat having its own entry to the forward bathroom. Here are further plenty of closets and cabinets for storing of clothes and utensils.

Going down the stairs aft of the saloon you enter down into the vessels grand sleeping compartment (Owners Cabin), with a huge queen size berth which has been positioned diagonal to the vessels length creating a remarkable effect of being in a luxury hotel room. The cabin has its own bathroom with a separate shower compartment and plenty of closets, cabinets and drawers to hold a wardrobe for many months on board.

The boat has three deck levels. Aft of the saloon you have a spacious covered aft deck, which can be turned into an outdoor veranda having a sense of being outside although sheltered from wind and weather having plenty of space for outdoor dining and barbeque and direct entry to the bathing platform aft. On top of the saloon you will find the steering deck (Fly Bridge) also having plenty of space and a steering position with a formidable overview of both fore and aft. Forward is another deck space also holding the vessels anchor winch. There is amble space to walk safely around the boat.

The two powerful VP TAMD 61a are easily accessible in a separate “walk in” engine room for easy maintenance. These engines are notorious for their reliability and runs very smoothly, and easily supplies a comfortable cruising speed of 8-10 knots and a top speed of around 18-20 knots. 

This boat is quite unique and with its spacious interior, it will provide its future owner various options to live out a dream, that being long range cruising, summerhouse, all year round living or a combination of it all.
